What the job is

This is a full-time position for a Product Specialist at Aspen Pharma Group, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role is open only to Saudi nationals. You will work in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, promoting Aspen’s products to healthcare professionals in your assigned area.

What you will do

You will meet with doctors and pharmacists daily to promote Aspen’s key brands and share marketing messages. You will organize promotional activities and achieve sales targets in your territory. Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders is a key part of the job. You will keep an updated customer database and submit daily call reports and weekly sales trackers on time. Staying informed about the latest clinical data in your therapy area and discussing it with healthcare professionals is required. You will also provide market feedback on competition, new products, and customer needs, as well as plan and execute medical educational events. Conducting ongoing market analysis is another responsibility.

What you need

You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Sc Pharmacy) and at least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales. Strong selling and presentation skills are essential. You should have good market and industry knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to handle stress. Active listening, curiosity, and the ability to seek and share information are important. You must also be flexible, adaptable to change, and able to communicate effectively in both formal and informal settings.
