What the job is

A leading fashion accessories company in Sandton, Gauteng, is looking for an experienced Internal Sales, Key Account and Export Manager. This role involves managing key customer relationships, leading the internal sales team, and driving sales growth in both local and international markets. The position is based in Sandton and is a permanent job.

What you will do

You will manage and grow relationships with major retail customers and export partners. You will lead the internal sales team, ensuring orders are processed accurately from receipt to delivery. Your responsibilities include managing stock availability, coordinating with departments like Warehouse and Logistics, and preparing sales reports. You will also handle product listings, promotions, and customer meetings, as well as identify new business opportunities in export markets. Additionally, you will resolve customer queries, manage pricing and commercial agreements, and maintain accurate records.

What you need

You must have a Matric certificate, and a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is preferred. You need at least 5 to 7 years of sales experience, with 3 years in a supervisory or management role. Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods is essential, along with strong skills in key account management, order processing, and export business. You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of SYSPRO and experience in demand planning or forecasting is a plus.

What you will get

The salary for this role is between R480,000 and R540,000 per year, and it is negotiable. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the chance to work in a dynamic and growing industry.
