A well-known fashion accessories company in Sandton, Gauteng, is hiring an Internal Sales, Key Account and Export Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role where you will manage key customer relationships, oversee internal sales, and handle export business for the company.

What you will do

You will lead and develop the Internal Sales team, ensuring smooth order processing from receipt to delivery. You will manage key accounts, build strong relationships with retail buyers, and create sales growth plans. You will also handle export orders, prepare quotations, and work with logistics teams to meet shipment requirements. Additionally, you will monitor stock levels, resolve customer queries, and provide sales reports and forecasts.

What you need

You must have a Matric certificate and at least 5 to 7 years of sales experience, with 3 years in a supervisory or management role. Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods is essential, along with strong skills in managing key accounts, order processing, and sales reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and commercial understanding of pricing and promotions is required.

What you will get

The salary for this role is between R480,000 and R540,000 per year. You will work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and development.
