What the job is

Eskom is hiring three Assistant Officers for Data Processing in Polokwane, Limpopo. This is a permanent position within the Eskom Distribution Division, specifically in the Customer Services Data Management department. The role focuses on supporting the management of customer data and ensuring data quality practices are followed effectively.

What you will do

You will support the operation of data quality practices and help facilitate and monitor data centers of excellence. You will assist in identifying and coordinating data purification efforts. You will also facilitate the performance of customer data audits and coordinate data flow analysis to ensure accuracy and efficiency in customer data management.

What you need

You need a National Diploma in Information Management, Engineering, Commerce, Business Management, or Office Administration at NQF Level 6 with 240 credits. You must have at least 2 years of experience working with customers, customer relations, and handling data. Strong skills in analytical thinking, business analysis, communication, and planning are required. Knowledge of data management, Eskom information systems, and customer service processes is essential.
