What you will do

You will support the logistics and warehouse teams by helping with administrative tasks and coordinating daily operations. Your duties will include tracking and analyzing logistics data, assisting with order processing using the CAMS system, and ensuring products are packed and registered correctly for storage or delivery. You will also communicate with customers via email to update them on order statuses and solve any issues they may have. Additionally, you will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.

What you need

You must have completed Matric with Mathematics as a subject. A forklift driver’s license would be an advantage but is not required. You should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are important, as well as the ability to work well with people from different backgrounds. You should also be proactive, organized, and committed to maintaining high work standards.
