What the job is

This is a Site Manager position in the Estates Division at Fidelity Services Group, based in Robertville, Johannesburg, Gauteng. The role reports to the Area Manager and focuses on ensuring all contractual agreements are followed and that client needs are met professionally and efficiently at all times.

What you will do

You will evaluate risks and threats regularly and recommend solutions to the client. You will ensure all contractual requirements are met as agreed with the client. You will maintain strong relationships between Fidelity Security Services Group and the client regarding security services. You will manage responses and investigations for serious incidents like theft, armed robberies, and break-ins. You will also handle daily operational issues, submit weekly and monthly reports, assist with special events, and ensure all shifts are covered daily.

What you need

You must have a Matric certificate and a PSIRA Grade A registration. You need at least 3 years of logistics and warehouse experience, 10 years of management experience, and 5 years of security management experience. Experience in managing an estate is required. You should have knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management, strong planning and leadership skills, and good computer skills. You must have your own reliable transport, a valid driver’s license, and no criminal record.
