What you will do

You will manage the services and relationships with courier companies to make sure they meet agreed service levels and customer expectations. Your tasks will include planning, scheduling, and organizing delivery operations according to customer agreements. You will maintain and improve standard operating procedures for the department. You will also handle daily delivery issues, ensure data accuracy between courier and company systems, and analyze failed deliveries to find solutions. Additionally, you will manage courier claims, reconcile transport accounts, and look for new and better courier solutions for clients.

What you need

You need a post-Matric qualification in logistics or a related field. You must have at least 3 years of experience in distribution and third-party logistics (3PL) environments. You should be proficient with relevant software and have knowledge of transport laws. Strong skills in planning, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building are essential. You must be able to work under pressure, pay attention to detail, and handle numerical tasks confidently.
