What the job is

This is a Fleet Supervisor position at CBRE Excellerate, a leading company in commercial real estate and facilities services. The job is based in Giza, Egypt, and involves managing fleet, accommodation, and catering services for clients in the region.

What you will do

You will manage the daily operations of fleet vehicles and drivers, including handling client requests, tracking finances, and overseeing fuel card management. You will also lead health and safety procedures, conduct vehicle inspections, and manage vendor and client meetings. Additionally, you will coordinate accommodation options for tenants, handle leasing documents, and ensure property maintenance. For catering, you will oversee daily operations, perform quality inspections, ensure health and safety compliance, and manage client complaints.

What you need

You need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, good English language skills, and strong computer skills. You must have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should be committed to excellent customer service, able to work under pressure, make sound decisions, and collaborate well with teams and clients.
