What the job is

A well-known renewable energy company in Pretoria, Gauteng, is hiring a Warehouse Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will manage the company’s warehouse and ensure smooth operations in stock control, inventory management, and team supervision.

What you will do

You will oversee the receiving, storing, and issuing of stock, making sure all records are accurate and up to date. You will manage physical stock counts, process stock requests, and handle returns and transfers between branches. You will also maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, supervise staff, and ensure all health and safety rules are followed. Additionally, you will record serial numbers for equipment, investigate stock differences, and plan warehouse activities to improve efficiency.

What you need

You must have a Matric certificate and a valid forklift license with practical experience. You need at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse or stores supervisory role. Experience with inventory management systems, especially Fenya, is a plus. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are required, along with a good understanding of health and safety regulations. You should also be computer literate, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
