What the job is

This is a job for a Store Coordinator at Pedros, a restaurant company. The position is based in Paarl, Cape Town, Western Cape. You will be part of a new store opening, helping to build a strong team and store culture from the start. This is a permanent role with the chance to grow with the brand in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

You will manage shift operations and make sure service, quality, and productivity standards are met. Your tasks will include greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately, whether in person, through the drive-thru, or for online pickups. You will present food and drinks neatly and on time, ensuring orders match receipts and special requests. You will also maintain cleanliness in the counter, dining area, and presentation stations, follow food safety and hygiene standards, and work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow. Additionally, you will resolve minor customer concerns politely, restock items like cups and napkins, and handle basic cash and POS tasks.

What you need

You should have strong communication and customer service skills, with accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time well, and multitask is important. Teamwork, cooperation, problem-solving, and adaptability are key. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. You must also have good personal hygiene and professionalism.
