Graphic Designer

A leading digital print production company in Cape Town is looking for a graphic designer to join their team. The ideal candidate should be able to create and communicate ideas that inspire and captivate consumers.

Responsibilities

• Determine whether designs should be created in-house or outsourced from clients.
• Conceptualise visuals and prepare mockups.
• Ensure artwork is correct before sending it to pre-press and production.
• Prepare files for digital print.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as needed.
• Handle deliveries to clients and collect materials when required.
• Provide support to the production team when necessary.

Requirements

• Education: Matric and a tertiary qualification in graphic design.
• Experience: At least two years of experience in the digital printing sector.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in the full Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to use initiative.
  • Good communication skills.
• Additional: Own transport is preferable.
