Marketing Content Designer
Job Description

They are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Content Designer to join their dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in crafting engaging visual content that elevates their brand, drives customer engagement, and supports their overall marketing objectives.
DUTIES:
- Content Creation: Design and produce compelling marketing materials—including social media graphics, email campaigns, website visuals, and print collateral—that align with the Company’s brand identity.
- Multimedia Production: Develop engaging multimedia content such as infographics, animations, and short video clips to support various marketing initiatives.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs consistently reflect the company’s brand guidelines and messaging across all platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and communications, to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions within established timelines.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the visual quality and effectiveness of their content.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a design role, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Proven expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with digital design tools.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and impactful design work across multiple media formats.
- Experience with HTML/CSS or content management systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics is advantageous.
- A keen understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
