Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Assistant Lodge Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, coordination of food and beverage services, staff management, guest liaison as well as on the job training of service staff. Must have at least 3+ years direct experience in a 5-star hotel/luxury lodge environment.
