Sales Engineer (Western Cape)

Job Description

A global manufacturing company who specialises in steam management systems, peristaltic pumps and associated fluid path technologies is looking for an ambitious Sales Engineer to utilise their engineering skills to assist customers identify process efficiencies, enhance safety and increase sustainability.

Requirements:

• Matric
• National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Process or Instrumentation is required
• Valid Drivers Licence with own transport
• Min 5yrs proven technical sales experience is essential in a similar industry

Responsibilities:

• Understanding technical product specifications and communicating the same to the clients
• Conducting market and competitor research
• Providing technical assistance to clients as and when required
• Building and maintaining long-term relations with clients
• Maintaining and updating a record of all sales orders
• Managing and growing sales territory
