Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join their HR team. Responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating training programs to enhance employees’ skills, knowledge and performance. Must have a relevant tertiary qualification and a completed Skills Development Facilitation Course by ETDP – non-negotiable, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role. Experience in the retail clothing sector would be advantageous.
