Job Description
SACAP (The South African College of Applied Psychology) is the leading independent provider of accredited Psychology, Counselling, Human Resource Management, Business Management and Social Work qualifications, with all courses grounded in psychology. We have campuses in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Online.
SACAP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Manager.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Manager is responsible for operationalising the HR strategy related to managing the Talent Acquisition function, which includes recruitment and selection, across the institution. This role is required to ensure efficiencies and improve on turnaround times, by the attraction and employment of high-quality candidates through effective planning and sourcing strategies, employer branding, and streamlined recruitment processes. The position also focuses on enhancing the candidate experience, workforce planning, process development, and project involvement.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Related bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5-8 years + relevant, demonstrative experience in Talent Acquisition, Building Talent pools, Networking, Targeted Selection & Candidate research.
- Private, Tertiary Educational industry experience will be advantageous

The role will report directly to the Head of Human Capital.
Operating Hours:
This is a full-time position operating from Mondays to Fridays*:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
- Friday: 08:30 – 16:00
