Job Description


Our client is looking for a New Business Sales Executive to join their team in Carletonville, GP. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, selling solutions, and building long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business.

  • Make telephone calls and in-person visits, including presentations to potential clients.

  • Research sources for developing prospective customers and gather information to determine their potential.

  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations according to company standards.

  • Analyse the territory/market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers.

  • Plan and organize personal sales strategies to maximize return on time investment.

  • Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  • Maintain and update the CRM tool with diary entries, prospect sheets, quotes, lost order sheets, sales activity sheets, and keep a proper pipeline.

  • Develop and maintain the existing client base.

  • Ensure all contracts and documentation are completed accurately and submitted to the sales coordinator.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Manage accurate forecast commitments and pipelines while developing new prospects.

  • Cross-sell all lines of business to existing and potential customers, assisting them in selecting the best solutions for their needs.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric.

  • Experience in sales of Office Automation, Network, Software, Access Control, CCTV, and VoIP infrastructure is advantageous.

  • Fully computer literate.

  • Excellent telephonic and face-to-face customer skills.

  • Presentable with strong presentation, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Self-driven, motivated, innovative, and a team player.

  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.

  • Own cell phone.
