Job Title: Senior Project Architectural Technologist
Location: City of Cape Town (Full-time, On-site)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Project Architectural Technologist to join our client’s team in Cape Town. This is a full-time on-site role, where you will be responsible for producing and managing technical drawings, working drawings, architectural and construction drawings, and overseeing project coordination tasks. You will collaborate closely with the design and construction teams to ensure the successful execution of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce technical, working, architectural, and construction drawings
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day project tasks
• Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all drawing work
• Provide support in project management, including timelines and resource allocation

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong skills in Architectural Technology
• Expertise in technical drawing, working drawings, and construction drawings
• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant architectural software
• Solid experience in project coordination and management
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
