Retail Group Operations Executive Manager
Job Description
You will oversee the operational management, expansion, and profitability of multi-store, multi-brand sites, including franchised retail stores.
This role requires a strategic leader who can develop and execute business strategies, optimise performance, and build strong franchisee and supplier relationships.
Essential Requirements:
- A completed tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering is essential.
- Supervisory or management experience within FMCG, retail, wholesale, or merchandising industries.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and financial management expertise are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- The role also demands exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.
Key responsibilities include leading the group strategy in operations, aligning business objectives with market trends, and driving sales growth while managing operational budgets and margins.
The role involves extensive business intelligence analysis, customer relationship management, supplier negotiations, and promotional strategy execution.
Additionally, you will be responsible for team leadership, ensuring operational efficiencies, and maintaining compliance with franchise standards and regulations.
