Unifi South Africa is currently seeking a motivated and detail-orientated admin support professional for their call centre team to assist with updating uncaptured information in our in-house system. The successful candidate will possess strong time management skills and keen attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will be well-organised, self-motivated, and adaptable to taking on various tasks as assigned by the line manager. A commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support and assisting with additional responsibilities when required is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Update and load client employer information into the system
- Manage and maintain up-to-date prescription write-offs
- Submit client credit bureau information and address any related queries
- Assist with various administrative tasks as requested by the line manager
- Foster collaboration and contribute to a positive team environment

- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum of 1 year’s working experience
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
