Job Description
This role drives sales growth and profitability within the smart home appliances category.
You will oversee sales planning, execution, and performance, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
The role requires:
- A deep understanding of retail sales dynamics, product distribution strategies, and consumer trends.
- Extensive experience in retail sales, account management, and channel development.
- A proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing P&L performance.
- Strong financial acumen is essential, as the role involves full accountability for revenue, gross profit, inventory levels, and aged stock.
- Possess excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong partnerships with key buyers and vendors.
- Experience delivering sales presentations, conducting training events, and executing marketing initiatives is highly desirable.
- A background in retail consumer electronics or home appliances is preferred.
Key responsibilities include selecting market-appropriate product ranges, developing distribution and pricing strategies, and driving sales through promotional and marketing activities.
This role requires direct engagement with top-tier retail partners, preparation of compelling sales pitches, and continuous monitoring of sales performance to identify and execute growth opportunities.
You must possess excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills and establish and maintain strong partnerships with key buyers and vendors.
