What you will be doing
- Conduct regular visits to our site to ensure ongoing compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct monthly HSE training sessions to all users.
- Perform a comprehensive risk assessment for our facility and provide recommendations to close any identified gaps.
- Weekly visit, 4 visits/month and each visit = 1-day 8hrs.
- On-Call Visits as needed to address any immediate safety concerns. 2 on-call free visits per month.
- Collaboration with CRES Team: Work closely with our CRES team to actively participate in EHS activities, including but not limited to fire drill tests, evacuation procedures, and other relevant safety measures.
- EHS Training to our employees once a month, ensuring they are well-informed and trained in safety procedures, in addition to the orientation sessions to the new joiners.
- Legal Compliance: Confirm that CRES is adhering to labor laws and health and safety regulations, offering insights from an HSE perspective to enhance our compliance efforts.
- Governmental Liaison: Act as the point of contact with governmental authorities to facilitate the submission of required reports and statistics in compliance with EHS regulations
What you will bring:
- Engineering bachelor’s degree
- 8 years + of experience in the HSE Construction field.
- Very good verbal and written skills (English)
- Holds certificates of Specialist training, OSHA, IOSH (NEBOSH IGC is a plus).
- Good communication, decision making, teamwork and presentation skills.
- Good computer skills; Experience with Microsoft office, Excel and PowerPoint.
