Receiving Clerk / Ontvangste Klerk
Job Description
Kern doel van die pos:
Effektiewe ontvang en beheer van alle voorraad.
Minimum Vereistes:
- Graad 12;
- 1 – 2 jaar ondervinding in ontvangste in `n handelsomgewing;
- 2 jaar ondervinding in klientediens en voorraad beheer ‘n aanbeveling.
Vaardighede:
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
- Syfervaardig;
- Goeie organisasie vermoë.
Verantwoordelikhede:
- Lewering van goeie kliëntediens;
- Kontanthantering;
- Ontvang van voorraad;
- Beheer van voorraad;
- Rakversorging;
- Uitvoer van administratiewe funksies.
Core purpose of the post:
Effective receipt and control of all inventory.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12;
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in receipts in a trading environment;
- 2 years’ experience in customer service and inventory control a recommendation.
Skills:
- Good communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- Good organizational ability;
- Good numerical ability.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of good customer service;
- Cash handling;
- Receipt of stock;
- Inventory control;
- Management of shelves;
- Execution of administrative functions.
