Our client, a leading automotive dealership, is seeking an experienced new vehicle sales manager to oversee their new vehicle sales department and drive performance in Durban South, KwaZulu-Natal.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop strategies for sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management and sales operations.
- Build strong customer relationships and collaborate across departments.
- Stay current on industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, with leadership experience.
- Strong track record of achieving sales goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and sales processes.
Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 (dep. on experience)
