Our client based in Pinetown , KZN , is looking for an experienced parts sales executive to join their service department.
Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role
- Grade 12
- Computer Literate
- Valid Vehicle Drivers License
- Evolve System Experience
Duties (but not limited to):
- Ensure correct items are selected and picked accurately on the first attempt.
- Understand office dynamics to work effectively within the team.
- Liaise with suppliers for consumable items on-site and when placing orders.
- Accurately handle and record all consumable items.
- Support departmental and dealership marketing plans as required.
- Protect inventory by following company policies to prevent fire, damage, or theft.
- Adhere to the discount policy.
- Ensure full credit is received for returned items.
- Monitor supplier prices and inform the Parts Manager of any significant changes

- Strong administrative ability and follow up reliability
- Confident and proactive approach- anticipates issues and requirements
- Attention to detail
- Strong documentation skills
- Good communication skills
