A successful dealership in Brits, North West is on the lookout for a highly skilled and stable pre-owned vehicle sales manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle sales department
• Set sales targets and motivate the sales team to achieve them
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Oversee the purchasing and pricing of PreOwned vehicles
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction

Qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience in automotive sales
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyse sales performance data
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of current market trends in the automotive industry
