Service Manager- Empangeni, KwaZulu-Natal
An opportunity for a Dealership Service Manager has become available in Empangeni, KwaZulu-Natal.
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of the service department to ensure ongoing profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years Service Manager experience in a Franchise Dealership
- Motor Vehicle Trade Test Certificate/Red Seal is required
- Must reside in Empangeni Area
- Must be able to run a high volume based workshop
- Must work according to OEM standards
- Valid Drivers License
- Computer literate
- Clear criminal record
Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and motivate staff
- Manage service department staff members
- Drive the productivity, efficiency, and the customer service index.
- Managing cost and increase the profitability of the service and department

- Ability to motivate the service department effectively and positively
