Leads Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven lead manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a high volume of leads, ensuring that all potential customers are efficiently managed through the sales pipeline. This role is critical in optimising lead conversion rates, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and distribute approximately 150 leads per day to the relevant sales personnel.
• Track lead progress and follow up to maximize conversions.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with all leads.
• Monitor and analyze lead performance metrics to improve efficiency.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the dealership’s CRM/CMS system.
• Provide reports on lead conversion rates, response times, and other key performance indicators.
• Foster a customer-centric approach to handling leads, ensuring excellent service and engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar lead management or sales support role.
• Strong ability to manage high volumes of leads efficiently.
• A genuine passion for customer engagement and sales process optimization.
• Customer service-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification is mandatory.
• Must reside within 30km of Centurion for ease of commuting.
• Experience with volume automotive brands and CRM/CMS systems will be a strong advantage but is not a requirement.
