Brand Marketing Coordinator – Onsite Westlake(6 months probabtion)
Job Description
ENVIRONMENT:
A reputable digital command center in Cape Town is seeking a skilled Brand Marketing Coordinator (to join their team on a six-month probation to go perm basis), to support the development, execution, and performance tracking of multiple digital marketing campaigns for its digital products. The ideal candidate should hold a degree or diploma in business or marketing and have a minimum of two years’ experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
DUTIES:
- Assist with the conceptualising and tracking of multiple digital marketing campaigns for the digital products.
- Monitoring sales on set out targets across multiple sales channels.
- Complete briefs and follow up with teams.
- Work with traffic team to ensure timeous delivery of assets and campaigns.
- Track all campaigns using business tools and or individual tracker.
- Reporting on performance and delivery of campaigns and client results.
- Assist with the communication of and marketing material both internally (i.e. head office) and externally (e.g. agency, client or freelance designers).
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion.
- Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
- Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
- Assist with research on market trends, competitor analysis etc.
- Quality check and ensure that all product documents and information adhere to legislation.
- Compiling presentations in Slides and reports in Sheets.
- Assisting with cross-platform Digital Marketing opportunities.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and customer queries are dealt with timeously.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Business or marketing related qualification degree/diploma
- Minimum 2 years digital marketing and digital campaigns management
- 2 years’ experience in a marketing administrative or coordinator role
- Experience in managing and coordinating multiple campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies
- Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce and digital platforms
- Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience using data analytics software for research
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
