Pharmacovigilance and Quality Assurance Agent
Job Description
ENVIRONMENT:
A Software and Technology Firm in Pretoria is looking for a Pharmacovigilance and Quality Assurance Agent to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain exceptional service quality. A university degree in a relevant field is preferred, and experience in the pharmaceutical or call center industry would be an advantage.
DUTIES:
- Review, record, and report possible adverse events identified across all business units.
- Address follow-up queries with pharmaceutical companies in a professional, timely manner in accordance with contractual requirements and standard operating procedures.
- Assist the PV Manager with monthly reconciliation processes, as required.
- Assist Management with performance reviews relating to poor call quality and PV.
- Perform the required call quality assessments, develop, and support call center agents to improve call quality.
- Reply to, and follow up on, queries and other related matters received from pharmaceutical companies in a timely manner.
- Monitor that training registers are signed.
- Implement standard operating procedures to adapt the changing environments.
- Assist and guide operators where possible.
- Assist management and team leaders with call quality and PV related tasks and questions.
- Ad hoc admin tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications and Experience:
- University Degree in any related field (preferred)
- Experience working in a pharma and/or call center environment would be advantageous.
