Junior F&I

Our client is seeking a junior F&I to ensure dealership compliance with FAIS, FICA, and other financial regulations, while maximising second gross profit through vehicle finance and value-added product sales. The role involves managing finance and insurance applications, advising customers on relevant products, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers. This role is based in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.

This is a firm 6-month contract. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all finance and insurance documentation and processes
• Advise customers on finance and insurance options
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements (FAIS, FICA, NCA)
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and insurers
• Monitor and report on sales and financial progress

Requirements:

• 1 – 2 years of experience as an F&I
• Grade 12, RE5, NCA, and Class of Business certifications
• Financial degree or in progress (preferred)
• CPD in place and up to dat
• Strong administrative and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CDK platforms
