Creative Director

Who we are: A multi-disciplined creative agency, based in Bedfordview, specialising in TTL campaigns for some of SA’s biggest brands.

What we are looking for:  A highly conceptual and strategically minded creative director with strong leadership and communication skills, who is great at multi-tasking.

What you will be doing:  

• Lead brainstorms and creative sessions
• Research, conceptualise, lead multiple projects from inception to completion that consistently and clearly communicate and align with brand identity and strategies
• Pitch ideas to clients and negotiate solutions to best achieve optimal results
• Ensure digital process is properly executed and in line with technical requirements
• Attend and direct photo shoots when required to do so
• Sign off creative work when required to do so
• Set up mentor and upskilling programmes within the studio

What you must have;

• Minimum eight years agency experience
• Minimum five years as art director, three of which must be at senior level
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, graphic design, print, motion graphics, branding, UX design and effective storytelling
• Adobe creative suite
