What you will do:

• Work with the wider studio team to deliver high quality creative solutions
• Interpret and develop client briefs alongside the CDs and design directors and client services team
• Present creative concepts to client services and the studio team in a thoughtful and articulate manner
• Deliver presentations to clients and roadmap explanations to client
• Support the creative directors and creative partners in the development and guardianship of the company’s brand
• Be a self-starter as much as a team player

What you must have:

• Good grounding in design principles
• Two years+ industry experience
• Understanding of basic business finance
• Adobe CC
• Understanding of retail design principles integral to our overall approach to business
• Design degree
• Worked in a marketing agency before
• Self-initiated research
• Experience of creating campaigns for executions across print, OOH, digital, social and video.
• Branding experience
• After effects
