Motor Vehicle Technician

Our client is looking for a qualified motor vehicle technician (Trade Test Qualified) to join their service department.

Requirements:     

• Motor Mechanic Trade Test Certificate
• Working experience on any of the following vehicle models: Jaguar, Land Rover or BMW
• Additional qualification obtained within a dealership will be an added benefit
• Valid drivers licence 
• Clear criminal record                                                 
• Stable work track record
• Ability to work well under pressure and be target-driven

Duties and responsibilities: 

• General service, repair and maintenance of vehicles
• Diagnostic/electrical work to carried out on all vehicles 
• Repairs and testing of vehicles booked into workshop
• Warranty repairs as per manufacturers processes
• Managing and completing job cards
• Achieving workshop targets
• Problem-solving
• Test drive vehicles
