About the Role:
As a Regional QHSE Lead, you roles and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Develop, maintain and implement local operating procedures that meet the requirements of both CBRE and CBRE EXCELLERATE QHSE Integrated Management System and local laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement the ME’s strategic improvement plan and operational compliance programme for the Company’s businesses in scope, including projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards in accordance to country regulations.
- Lead risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Foster a strong safety culture through training and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement the Company’s QHSE policies, mission and vision set out by the Company’s line of business.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in QHSE leadership preferably in the real estate industry with facility and project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, HSE regulations, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and drive strategic decision-making.
- Relevant certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor and etc.
