Job Description


An opportunity is available for a passionate and hardworking team player who wants to start their career in an Administrative role within the Corporate Sales Department.

Daily operational duties client facing:

Primary:

  • Manage the corporate inbox and Engager CRM inbox
  • Existing Key account management
  • Stock consolidation lead

Secondary:

  • Onboarding and assisting clients via telephone, email and the Corporate mail box as above.
  • Checking stock availability on systems (Oracle/RMS, website, Pattern, WMS and Qlik sense)
  • Process manual quoting and invoicing as and when required
  • Payment clearance to Finance and follow up where necessary with regards to urgent orders
  • Ensuring frequent follow up get’s shared with his clients with regarding their orders
  • Ongoing daily contact via email/telephonic are being done with the DC Corporate team
  • Complaints: Assist Sumaya and liaise with clients when orders are short delivered or clients receive damage goods 
  • When any team are not on duty, he/she will assist in their absence, where possible

Daily operational duties with DC Corporate team:

  • Assessing the Teams shared consolidation sheet after transfers has been processed by the DC Corp team
  • Store stock consolidation lead with DPD follow ups daily
  • Check stock availability on systems (Oracle/RMS, website, Pattern and Qlik sense) should It be filled via Retail
  • Report outstanding stores and give updated feedback to the Operations/HO Comms team to ensure a follow up is done and task is completed
  • Ensure Teams sheet is timeously updated, to keep both HO and DC Corp team updated
  • Bi-monthly meetings with DC/HO Corp team, for open discussion

Daily operational duties with Outdoor apparel/equipment  and Fashion Planning/Buying team:

Shipping dates – Local and International:

  • Liaise with outdoor Planners/Buyers should we need to confirm shipping dates for incoming stock to assist our sheet deliverables
  • Bi-Monthly meetings with Sumaya and the Men’s and ladies outdoor Planners
  • Scrutinise Weekly Shipping and factory delivery date reports

Daily/Weekly duties Reporting:

  • DC & DPD – Weekly query report,  Template for both HO/DC Leadership and Team to view, where both parties can share and update on improvement areas and where SLA’s have been broken.

 

Requirements 

  • Matric is essential
  • A relevant tertiary qualification preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – required
  • Working knowledge of CMS – advantage
  • Meticulous with a strong numerical ability
  • An orderly and well thought out work approach
  • Confident and professional with strong interpersonal skills
  • A valid driver’s license is preferred
