Junior Software Developer (C#, UX/UI) (CPT Onsite)
Job Description
ENVIRONMENT:
THE coding talents of an ambitious & proactive Junior Software Developer is wanted by a leading Automotive Tech company to join its team where you will build new internal tools and help to innovatively solve design problems. You will work through all applications making suggestions and/or CSS code reviews to improve the look, feel and user experience while also helping to manage a specific safety app and work with the India team to develop and release new builds. Applicants will need ± 2 – 3 Years C# experience including having worked with MVC, .NET frameworks, HTML, CSS, JS and UI/UX. You must also have the ability to manage multiple projects. DUTIES:
- Update existing code bases.
- Build new internal tools.
- Creatively solve design problems (Create feature requests and design documentation).
- Debugging / QA on code-related designs.
- Work through all applications making suggestions and/or CSS code reviews to improve the look, feel and user experience.
- Manage a specific safety app and work with the India team to develop and release new builds.
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST-HAVEs –
- ± 2 – 3 Years C# experience.
- Experience working with MVC and .NET frameworks.
- Background in IT – experience in Web Development projects (HTML, CSS, JS).
- UI/UX experience.
Other –
- Able to manage multiple projects / multitasking / time management.
- Able to manage themselves to some degree / takes initiative – problem solving.
Advantageous –
- Some basic Linux skills.
- Some basic design skills.
- SQL skills (data access related).
- GitHub.
- Power BI.
- Experience with containerization (Docker).
