A top, well established legal firm is looking for a qualified and experienced Legal Secretary to join their Labour Division.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant qualification would be advantageous
- Valid Drivers License with Own Car
- Min 3yrs experience as a Legal Secretary is required
- Good understanding/knowledge of Labour/IR related matters and court procedures
- MS Office Literate
Responsibilities:
- Client file management
- Capture fees on Legal Suite
- Format documents prepared by the Director
- Transcribe
- Dictaphone typing
- Index and paginate court documents
- PA/Secretarial duties to the Director
Presentable
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently
