Our national client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced R&D Polymer Scientist to lead the research and development of new polymers and polymer-based products for the composites and coatings industries.
The successful candidate will manage a team of chemists and technicians, drive innovation, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge materials that meet market demands. This role requires a strong background in polymer science, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage budgets and projects effectively.
Must have a PH.D. in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, with 5 – 7 years’ related experience in a polymer research and development position in the composites or coatings industries.
