Our client is seeking a new vehicle sales manager for their dealership in Johannesburg North, Gauteng.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the used and second-tier market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring the availability of quality vehicles to meet market demand.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a new vehicle sales manager, within the automotive industry.
