Sleutelverantwoordelikhede:

• Instandhouding en Herstelwerk: Voer roetine-instandhouding en herstelwerk aan verkoelingseenhede op vragmotors uit om optimale werkverrigting en minimale stilstand te verseker.
• Diagnostiek: Gebruik diagnostiese gereedskap om probleme in verkoelingstelsels vinnig en doeltreffend op te spoor en op te los.
• Stelselintegrasie: Installeer en stel verkoelingstelsels op vragmotors in volgens industrie-standaarde.
• Temperatuurbeheer: Verseker akkurate kalibrasie van stelsels om presiese temperatuurvlakke te handhaaf.
• Foutoplossing: Hanteer afbreke vinnig en bied oplossings om operasionele onderbrekings te minimaliseer.
• Nakoming: Verseker dat alle verkoelingseenhede aan veiligheids-, gesondheids- en regulatoriese standaarde voldoen.
• Dokumentasie: Hou akkurate rekords van instandhouding, herstelwerk en onderdele wat gebruik word.
• Span Samewerking: Werk nou saam met die vloot- en operasionele spanne om instandhoudingskedules te koördineer en te verseker dat alle voertuie gereed is vir gebruik.

Minimum Vereistes:

• Kwalifikasies: Relevante sertifikaat of kwalifikasie in verkoelingsmeganika.
• Ervaring: Minimum van 5 jaar praktiese ervaring in die herstel en instandhouding van yskasvragmotors.
• Bewese Rekord: Gedemonstreerde vermoë om verkoelingstelsels effektief te herstel, te onderhou en te installeer.
• Lisensies: Geldige rybewys.
• Werksetiek: Bereidwilligheid om oortyd te werk of op bystand te wees indien nodig.

• Tegniese Kundigheid: Sterk kennis van verkoelingstelsels, diagnostiese tegnieke, en herstelwerk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration units for trucks, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Diagnostics: Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues in refrigeration systems efficiently.
• System Installation: Install and commission refrigeration systems on trucks according to industry standards.
• Temperature Control: Ensure accurate calibration of systems to maintain precise temperature settings.
• Troubleshooting: Address breakdowns promptly and provide solutions to minimize impact on operations.
• Compliance: Ensure all refrigeration units meet safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used.

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualifications: Relevant certification or qualification in refrigeration mechanics.
• Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience working on fridge trucks.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to repair, maintain, and install refrigeration units effectively.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license.
