Job Description
This is a senior level position managing the KZN region. You will oversee operations to ensure exceptional regional performance while maximising capital and human resources.
- Possess a Grade 12 qualification or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree in business or commerce preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of general management experience in a manufacturing environment is essential,
- A comprehensive understanding of running an independent business.
- Demonstrate general and commercial management expertise, with strong sales and marketing acumen.
- Proficiency in financial and production controls, including inventory, cash flow, debtors, creditors, logistics, and SHEQ compliance, is critical.
- Advanced MS Excel, Syspro, or equivalent ERP systems skills are required.
- Additionally, the role demands exceptional customer relations abilities, people management skills for a diverse workforce, and strong operational and business acumen.
This role requires a results-driven professional with a proven ability to balance strategic decision-making with hands-on operational oversight, ensuring sustained growth and efficiency in a high-performing manufacturing environment.
