• Verskaf uitstekende haarstyle en dienste wat aan elke kliënt se unieke behoeftes en voorkeure voldoen.
• Skep ’n verwelkomende en professionele omgewing vir kliënte van ontvangs tot dienslewering.
• Spesialiseer in spesifieke areas soos blonding, balayage, of presiese snywerk om hoë gehalte resultate te lewer.
• Neem aktief deel aan sosiale media om die salon te bemark en nuwe kliënte te lok.
• Verseker kliëntetevredenheid deur verwagtinge te oortref en enige probleme professioneel op te los.
• Bied mentorskap aan junior stiliste en vakleerlinge om die span se algehele prestasie te verhoog.
• Werk saam met die span om ’n samehangende en ondersteunende salonsfeer te handhaaf.

Minimum Vereistes:

• NQF Vlak 4 kwalifikasie.
• Minimum van 5 jaar ervaring in ’n soortgelyke rol.

Minimum Requirements:

• NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
