Our client, a luxury private lodge, seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Chef de Partie with a wide range of culinary skills. Must have an undergraduate degree in culinary arts/similar with at least 5+ years’ direct experience working in a lodge/ large restaurant environment as a Chef de Partie.
