Job Description
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead / Head of Technology
with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform to lead their technical team. This role is
crucial for driving their Salesforce integration, architecture, and customization projects while
ensuring alignment with their business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development, architecture, and leadership, along with strong communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the team in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and strategic objectives.
- Project Oversight: Define project roadmaps, allocate resources, and ensure successful project execution within defined timelines and budgets.
- Salesforce Expertise: Utilize extensive Salesforce knowledge to architect, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable solutions, leveraging Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience).
- Technical Management: Oversee technical planning and execution, including Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), data modeling, and integration best practices.
- Team Development: Mentor, coach, and manage the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary technical liaison between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of technical limitations and project progress.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality standards, ensuring robust testing, debugging, and release management practices.
- Innovation and Optimization: Drive process improvements in project delivery, leveraging
- cutting-edge technologies and integration tools to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years in Software Engineering experience and 4+ year Salesforce
experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. - Experience leading technical teams in a VP of Engineering, Technical Lead, or equivalent role.
- Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Proficiency with multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
Experience Cloud). - In-depth experience with data integration, utilizing tools like Mulesoft or custom
APIs. - Certifications: Salesforce Application Architect, Platform Developer, and/or Integration Architect certifications preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
