Our client, based in Nairobi, has a fully remote opportunity for a full stack engineer with expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript. This position is part of a seed-stage startup building the AI workforce for real estate. Key requirements

• Proven experience as a full stack developer with exceptional front-end skills.
• Expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and NoSQL databases.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• A keen eye for user-friendly interfaces and attention to design details.
• Experience with API integration and delivering smooth functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement new features and functionalities for the CRM.
• Work with Firebase for efficient data storage and management.
• Collaborate with engineers, product designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimise performance, ensure scalability and enhance user experience.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues confidently.
• Integrate APIs to expand system capabilities.
• Deliver results while working remotely from anywhere in the world.
