Job Description


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12, Matric
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Control room Manager 
  • Computer literate
  • No criminal record.
  • PSIRA registered with a Grade A
  • Must be fully bilingual
  • Estate experience will be an advantage 
  • Candidate to reside in the Balito/ Verulam or surrounding areas

 

Key Performance Areas (not totally inclusive)

  • Informing duty managers of incidents as and when required
  • Dispatching of guards
  • Ensuring that all post are covered
  • Able to record all incidents in an Occurrence Book (OB) as well as in an Electronic OB
  • Receiving complaints and informing management accordingly
  • Ale to transfer knowledge to guards accordingly
  • Able to exercise and maintain discipline
  • Able to follow instructions accurately
