Financial Manager

Financial management role available for an external contractor to take up the role, to mentor and develop staff.

The FM will be responsible for overseeing financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, management of accounting operations, overseeing accounting, process improvement, team leadership, compliance and risk management.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting
• Min five years’ relevant experience in financial management and accounting
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, tax laws and regulatory compliance (PFMA)
• SAP/similar experience
• Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Own transport
• Valid licence
• Must be able to work as an independent contractor
• Must live in or near the Vaal
