RPO Recruitment’s Client is looking for candidates to join their team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This position is a Receptionist/PA, you will provide high-level administrative support to the directors and ensure the smooth running of the office operations. Culture and business fit are paramount, with integrity, enthusiasm to learn, and a vibrant, friendly personality being key attributes for success.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a Receptionist/PA role
- Matric
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with, Zoom, and Teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional administration, organizational, and record-keeping abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required
- Age between 28-35 years is advantageous
- Preferably females (Causcian, Coloured or Indian)
- R150k-R180k per annum
