Our client is seeking a Technical IT Support Specialist to be the head of the Information Technology department. Must have knowledge of servers, computers set-up, ensuring data security, establishing remote connections to the Head Office.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Troubleshooting IT issues
- Interfacing IT software with accounting software (Xero)
- Working on more than 100 servers
- Working on Windows operation system
- Using EASY Computer for Stock Modules
I.T degree is essential. The head office is in Phoenix however you would be required to service the IT needs at various branches i.e. Pietermaritzburg, Empangeni and Prospecton.
Travel and license is essential.
